Hourly or Commission whichever is greater + Bonus (ranges of income from $60,000 - $300,000)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/receive inbound calls to current owners to generate account upgrades, and new sales.
- Work with good standing owners to enhance their ownership by showing empathy and creating affordable solutions.
- Maintain a 45-day lead engagement cycle with persistent follow-up (phone, email, text).
- Cross-sell and present all VI Resorts by Westgate vacation products across multiple properties.
- Confirm product fit and customer satisfaction with every sale.
- Consistently meet department standards:50+ calls daily and $40,000+ average net volume
- Maintain accurate records and follow all policies/regulatory guidelines.
- Partner effectively with the Telesales team lead who is organizing and assigning leads.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- Active Washington State Timeshare License or ability to obtain required (employer assistance to apply on first day)
- 6+ months of timeshare or sales experience preferred

- Previous telesales, call center, or hospitality sales experience preferred (timeshare experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or call performance targets.
Education & Certifications
