With 291 newly renovated contemporary and spacious guest rooms and luxury suites, a top rated restaurant, TRIO, and a luxury spa; you'll be eager to call Four Seasons Hotel Austin your home.
The role of the TRIO Restaurant Supervisor
BASIC PURPOSE: The TRIO Restaurant Supervisor will report to the TRIO Restaurant Manager. The TRIO Restaurant Supervisor must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful F&B service, demonstrated by the staff. The Supervisor also supports the Department Manager with the training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff.
We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cocktail & beverage lists, menus, and fine dining.
Applicants are required to have one to two years previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.
This position does require authorization to work in the United States.
