The Department will review applications in this pool as the need arises for new part-time faculty in this area.This is NOT an announcement of a specific open position, but a Part-time Faculty Interest Pool, from which the department will identify applicants based on course assignment needs during the Academic Year. Instructor Qualifications
For the following courses: VT102, VT103, VT104, VT107, VT108, VT109, VT110, VT111, VT112, VT203, VT204, VT205, VT207, VT208, VT210, VT211, VT280
Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree or the equivalent in Veterinary Technology from an AVMA accredited institution
Five (5) years experience working in a veterinary hospital, clinic, research facility, or the equivalent
State of Oregon Certification as a licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT), or license-eligible with license acquired prior to initial teaching assignment
OR
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree
Veterinary licensure in Status of Oregon by the Oregon Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, or license-eligible with license acquired prior to initial teaching assignment
