Client Service Representative (CSR)

Florence Veterinary Clinic – Florence, OR

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Veterinary Experience Preferred

At Florence Veterinary Clinic, we believe exceptional patient care starts at the front desk. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As the first and last person our clients see, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a positive experience while supporting our medical team.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer multi-line phones and manage appointment scheduling
  • Check clients in and out, process payments, and explain invoices
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, records, and treatment plans
  • Assist with emergency walk-ins while remaining calm under pressure
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client information
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to keep the day running smoothly
  • Handle prescription requests and general administrative duties
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
