We're searching for an experienced, credentialed Certified Veterinary Technician who enjoys surgery, dentistry, client education, and creating low-stress experiences for patients while working alongside an outstanding veterinary team.

What You'll Do

  • Induce, monitor, and recover surgical patients.
  • Record and monitor patient vital signs throughout anesthesia and recovery.
  • Administer topical, oral, injectable, and intravenous medications as directed by the supervising veterinarian.
  • Operate digital radiography and other diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Perform dental prophylaxis using ultrasonic dental equipment in accordance with Oregon regulations.
  • Assist with and perform dental extractions under the immediate supervision of a licensed veterinarian.
  • Administer rabies vaccinations under direct veterinary supervision.
  • Assist with permanent identification device implantation under direct veterinary supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to ensure exceptional patient and client experiences.
  • Provide compassionate support and education to clients, especially during emotional situations.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
  • Help maintain an efficient, organized, and positive hospital workflow.

What You'll Bring
