We are seeking a commercially minded Product Manager who combines product knowledge with strong market awareness and sales support capability.

Responsibilities

1,Market Strategy & Product Positioning: Define product positioning for the U.S. market, conduct competitive analysis (IDEXX, Zoetis, Heska, etc.) Identify target segments (corporate vet chains, independent clinics, reference labs). Develop pricing & value proposition framework,k Sales & BD Enablement

2,Develop sales toolkit: Product training decks, Competitive comparison sheets, ROI calculators, Clinical selling points, Support BD in: Distributor pitch, Key account meetings, Conference & trade show strategy, Translate technical specs into commercial language

3,Product Launch & Commercialization: Lead U.S. product launch planning, Work with regulatory to ensure market readiness, coordinate with operations for inventory forecast, and monitor post-launch performance

4,Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with QA/RA on compliance updates, Coordinate with marketing on campaign materials, Support pricing strategy & margin analysis

5,Support regulatory strategy and clinical study planning, including pathways such as FDA 510(k), CLIA Waiver, EUA, and (for veterinary diagnostics) USDA-CVB-related requirements.

Requirements

1,3–7 years of experience in: Veterinary diagnostics, Molecular diagnostics, Medical device commercial product management

2,Strong understanding of the U.S. veterinary market. Experience supporting the BD or Sales team. Ability to present to distributors & KOLs

3,Strong analytical & communication skills

4,Experience at IDEXX, Zoetis, Heska, Antech and related distributors

5,Background in molecular diagnostics or POCT

6,Life Science background
