Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage clinical operations of the assigned unit.
  2. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
  3. Mentor, guide, and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
  4. Lead care planning meetings, evaluating residents' needs and establishing care priorities.
  5. Address and resolve any patient or family concerns in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor performance metrics, striving for continuous quality improvement in the unit.
  7. Collaborate with other unit managers and facility leadership to optimize overall patient care and operations.


Qualifications:

  1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification in State of AL
  2. Experience in leadership roles within a healthcare setting.
  3. Strong clinical, organizational, and managerial skills.
  4. Exceptional communication abilities and a focus on team collaboration.
  5. Passion for ensuring the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction.
