*SHIFTS AVAILABLE*:

  1. Fulltime
  2. Day shift 7:00a - 7:00p (Mon-Thur) and/or Weekend Warrior (Fri, Sat, Sun)
  3. Night shift 7:00p - 7:00a (Mon-Thur) and/or Weekend Warrior (Fri, Sat, Sun)



Compensation:

  1. Salary: $38-$44/hr based on experience
  2. $15,000 sign on bonus FOR 2ND SHIFT ONLY (invalid if you received a sign on bonus with Venza Care in the past)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
  2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  5. Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.


Qualifications:

  1. Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of Alabama
