Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center – Mobile, AL

Full-Time or PRN | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Mobile, Alabama. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.


RN Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

RN Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
  • Support residents with daily care needs when needed
  • Participate in care planning and family meetings
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures
