This is a full‑time hybrid remote role with primarily daytime hours, requiring weekend availability and regional travel to golf courses and outreach events throughout AZ, CA, TX, TN, GA, NC, FL, LA, AL, and NM.

Responsibilities

As our Regional Director of Golf Outreach and Veteran Engagement, you’ll lead a team to build partnerships with golf courses, churches, businesses, and community leaders. You’ll oversee outreach events that unite veterans and communities, ensuring excellence and alignment with our mission. Your role will involve connecting with partners, tracking performance, setting goals, and expanding Guardian’s reach while representing the organization with professionalism.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or operations
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
  • Availability for weekend events

Preferred experience includes golf industry exposure, team management, B2B development, ministry/outreach, and CRM use. We’re looking for someone authentic, results‑driven, team‑oriented, and passionate about serving veterans.
