In any given workday, you will be given the responsibility to innovate and create an impact on our business.The FCS portfolio delivers billions of dollars in construction projects around the world, and the successful delivery of these contributes to Intel's success.This is an onsite position at the Ocotillo campus in Arizona reporting to the Director of Construction.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Plan and deliver construction projects using multiple project delivery and compensation strategies. From project initiation through closeout, including the development and management of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies, EHS, quality program, project controls and change management. Ensure that the project is at all times in compliance with Construction Management Practices and to standard operating procedures. Projects include disciplines such as mechanical, process, bulk gas, electrical, architectural, water, process specific support systems (PSSS), IT and I/C. Interact and partner with customer management; Resource plan the project; Provide direction to the construction project teams; Have a sound knowledge of the project and construction contracts; Partner with Tool Install, Facilities Operations and Factory to develop and manage an integrated plan that will achieve project objectives and commitments. Build and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate: Team player. Leadership skills to manage a diverse team Expertise to identify, analyze, and solve problems. Verbal and written communications skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Champion and value the safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field with 4+ years of experience in: Construction Project Management, Tool Install, Engineering Tool Owner and/or construction leadership expertise OR 8+ years of demonstrated experience in construction and/or project or program management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of process tool installation and demolition procedures.
- Familiarity with Intel IQ systems such as EMS, AIO, SIRFIS, and QUEST.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean methodologies, or Six Sigma.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $118,150.00-166,800.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
