We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Receptionist to join our team across our busy Brisbane veterinary practices.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves animals and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Our reception team plays an important role in creating a positive experience for clients and their pets, while also supporting our vets and nurses throughout the day.
About the role
As a Receptionist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming clients and their pets into the practice
  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
  • Booking and coordinating veterinary appointments
  • Checking clients in and out and processing payments
  • Responding to emails and general client enquiries
  • Managing appointment schedules and keeping the reception area organised
  • Assisting with client communication and follow-ups
  • Processing invoices, payments and other administrative tasks
  • Supporting our veterinary nurses, veterinarians and wider team
  • Providing compassionate and professional service to clients, particularly during more difficult or emotional situations
  • Helping ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the day
