AMVC Veterinary Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and animals in a fast-paced veterinary environment. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service while supporting our veterinarians and clinic staff with a variety of administrative and clinical tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Answer telephones and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments, allowing appropriate time for the services requested.
  • Prepare invoices and process payments for services rendered.
  • Maintain inventory by organizing and restocking supplies.
  • Perform general housekeeping to keep the reception and work areas clean and organized.
  • File and maintain clinic records.
  • Perform occasional laboratory duties, including preparing medications and shipping blood samples.
  • Provide backup support for ordering, billing, and accounts receivable.
