Special Procedures Cath Lab Tech Position

$10,000 COMPLETION BONUS This is a Special Procedures Cath Lab Tech Position! Cath scrub skills required. Candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission Banner has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in. This helps us get candidates presented quicker as we all know these orders open/close quick! This form needs to be 100% accurate and have all request noted in the highlights section.

  • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
  • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
    • RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
  • All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
    • If interested in "any" location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.)
  • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
  • All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
  • All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
    • Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.

Requirement description:

  • Candidates with an AZ driver's license will not be considered - [REQUIRED]
  • Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Cath Lab Tech/Cath Scrub experience - [REQUIRED]
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross - [REQUIRED]
  • Verification cannot show any hits on license at time of submission - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days - [REQUIRED]
  • Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
