Job description

In business since 1988. We own/operate a small EDGE tier 3 designed data center next to a large Verizon central office. You will learn many new troubleshooting skills of lasting value working with us. We are respected in IT and lead the market in Telecom (routers, VoIP, circuits, transport)    

5% field installs, 25% R&D work, 10% project development work, 60% work assigned tickets. We need you to mostly stay in house at command center Job requires skills at analyzing logs, graphs, reports, customer docs, past service tickets, down detector, the weather, sun spot activity, & bird migration is a must if it is relevant to the affected system. mostly stay in house and work with installers. Be on call once every 5 weeks. (added pay)
