About the Role

We areseekinga detail-oriented and collaborativeProject Manager,Technologyto support the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. This role will manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle- from planning and execution to deployment and support- while partnering closely with internal teams and vendors.

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this individual will play a key role in coordinating work across teams, ensuringtimelydelivery, andmaintaininghigh standardsfor quality and communication.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Lead the planning and implementation of assigned IT initiatives using established project management methodologies

  • Manage operational system issues by coordinating with developers, supporting testing efforts, andfacilitatingdeployment through established change management processes

  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on project progress and ensure satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of deliverables

  • Coordinate activities across teams to ensure system updates and changes are executed effectively

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align tasks and ensureappropriate supportstructures are in place for project deployment

  • Support tracking and coordination of issue management, contracts, budgets, cross-charges, and monthly reporting

  • Contribute to process implementation and continuous improvement efforts

WhatWe'reLooking For

  • BA/BS in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field preferred

  • 3- 5years of experience in project management, preferably supporting technology initiatives

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project tasks and timelines

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience supporting issue tracking, reporting, and operational processes

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines

  • Experience with project management tools and/or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) preferred
