Verdant's Software Solutions team develops innovative custom solutions that deliver significant value to our clients. We are looking for a full stack Senior Software Developer to join this team. 

Verdant is a fast-paced business that provides numerous opportunity to grow and evolve. Our team members need to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new challenges and opportunities.

Primary Job Duties:

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining and supporting all phases of application life cycles, mentoring other team members, and working collaboratively with our team to design custom solutions.

Required Qualifications:

The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities that are required for the Developer (Senior) role.

        BA/BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience

        7 or more years hands-on enterprise development experience

        Software Development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Java, C#, Objective-C and/or Swift

        Experience architecting and developing large scale enterprise applications

Desired Qualifications:

        Experience with web UI frameworks like Angular

        Ability to structure and transform XML (XML, XSLT, XSL-FO)

        JavaScript (JQuery Experience is Preferred)

        NHibernate or other Object Relational Framework

        Ability to create and manage Relational Databases, using DDL and DML

        Development or Functional Experience with the following Oracle Applications

  •  Oracle Agile PLM for Process
  •  Oracle Agile A9 for Discrete
  •  Oracle E-Business Suite
  •  Oracle BI Publisher
  •  JD Edwards
