Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking askilledUndersea Warfare Program Analyst to support an innovative program office. You will support Navy leadership in the planning, programming, budgeting, requirements development, and execution of emerging undersea warfare capabilities, including Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs), Robotic and Autonomous Systems (RAS), Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), stationary and deployable seabed systems, and Undersea Constellation initiatives. The position combines Pentagon Action Officer responsibilities with program analysis and stakeholder coordination supporting senior Navy decision-makers. Work Location: Onsite: Arlington, VA (Pentagon)

Travel:Less than 10%

Clearance:Secret Clearance required, TS Clearance preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering,Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant Department of Defense, Navy, or defense industry experience.
  • Experience supporting Pentagon staffs, OPNAV, Navy headquarters, Fleet staffs, Systems Commands, or Program Executive Offices.
  • Familiarity with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings, talking points, decision papers, memoranda, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing action items.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced headquarters environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with JCIDS, Navy requirements development, or capability documentation (CDDs, ICDs, TLRs, etc.).
  • Experience supporting Navy budget development and execution using PBIS or similar resource management tools.
  • Experience supporting Flag Officer-level organizations.
  • Operational or technical experience with:
  1. Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs)
  2. Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs)
  3. Undersea Robotic and Autonomous Systems (RAS)
  4. Subsea and Seabed Warfare
  • DAWIA Level II (or higher) certificationin Program Management or Engineering.
  • Experience supporting acquisition programs or Program Executive Offices.
  • Knowledge of Navy undersea warfare capability development and modernization.
  • Experience developing portfolio status reports, funding analyses, and executive-level program briefings.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent organizations at meetings, conferences, and technical exchanges while preparing after-action reports and tracking follow-on actions.
  • PBIS experiencestrongly preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000-$138,000representsagood-faithestimate and is not a guarantee; final compensation isdeterminedby factors such as experience, qualifications, and government contract labor rate requirements and may fall outside the stated range. In addition to base pay, Ventus offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), ESOP participation, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
