Job description

We are hiring a Vendor Support Specialist to recruit and support vendors, manage communications and escalations, and ensure coverage, performance, and compliance standards are met in a remote/hybrid role based out of Cincinnati, OH or Tampa, FL.

Position Overview

Greentree Legal is currently hiring a Vendor Support Specialist to recruit and support vendors, manage communications and escalations, and ensure coverage, performance, and compliance standards are met in a remote/hybrid role based out of Cincinnati, OH or Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and support a nationwide network of service vendors
  • Align vendor coverage with client and geographic demand
  • Manage vendor communications, performance tracking, and compliance requirements
  • Resolve service escalations and coordinate solutions with internal teams and vendors
  • Support vendor training, rate negotiations, and relationship management
  • Maintain vendor records, performance metrics, and pricing information
  • Identify process improvements to enhance service quality, coverage, and operational efficiency
  • Leverage social media and industry networks to support vendor recruitment and expansion efforts
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, vendor coordination, customer support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
  • Proven problem-solving, relationship-building, and accountability skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with CRM, vendor management, or workflow systems preferred
  • Prior experience in logistics, legal support, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Airtable, or similar platforms is preferred but not required
Who You'll Work With

You’ll report to and collaborate closely with the Director of Operations. This position is not currently supervisory, but there is potential for growth into a leadership role as the department expands.
