Position Overview:

The Internal Service Advisor plays a key role in supporting the reconditioning and service process by coordinating communication between the service department, used vehicle operations, technicians, and parts department. This position is responsible for writing repair orders, monitoring repair progress, helping ensure timely vehicle completion, and supporting internal and after-sales service needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Communicate with the Reconditioning Manager, Used Car Manager, technicians, and porters to identify vehicle repair and reconditioning needs
  • Write and manage internal repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to help ensure the timely completion of repairs
  • Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and status updates to management
  • Monitor work in progress and follow up on delayed or additional repair needs
  • Handle customer and manager inquiries regarding after-sales repair work and appointments
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-up throughout the repair process
  • Support department organization, workflow efficiency, and overall service operations
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Who You Are:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
