How does a Repair Liaison typically coordinate between customers and service technicians during a repair process?

A Repair Liaison acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the repair team, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the repair process. They gather necessary details from the customer, relay accurate information to technicians, and provide regular updates to all parties involved. This role often involves troubleshooting initial customer concerns, scheduling repairs, and managing expectations regarding timelines and outcomes.
