  • Inspect and evaluate vehicles
  • Present purchase offers
  • Negotiate professionally while creating a great customer experience
  • Work closely with the Used Car Manager
  • Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Follow up with previous customers
  • Maintain detailed notes in our CRM
  • Help grow our dealership's used vehicle inventory

  • Presenting purchase offers
  • Following up on pending opportunities
  • Updating customer records and activity

Every day is different, and you'll spend time both on the phone and face-to-face with customers.

  • Outgoing and personable
  • Comfortable talking with new people every day
  • Competitive and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Coachable
  • Organized

  • Love talking with people
  • Build trust quickly
  • Ask great questions
  • Stay organized with follow-up
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Are motivated by performance incentives
  • Don't give up after hearing "no"
  • Look for opportunities everywhere

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Additional incentives based on vehicles purchased
  • Paid training
  • Career advancement opportunities

Top performers can significantly increase their income through bonus opportunities.

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off
  • 401(k)
  • Employee Discounts
  • Paid Training
  • Career Growth Opportunities

Why Join Our Team?

We're committed to building one of the strongest vehicle acquisition teams in the area. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.

As demand for quality used vehicles continues to grow, this role has become one of the most important positions in the dealership. If you're ambitious, enjoy working with people, and want a career with unlimited earning potential, we'd love to meet you.
