We're looking for a highly motivated Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, and securing valuable inventory. In this fast-paced, high-energy role, you'll proactively engage customers in the service drive, appraise vehicles, negotiate purchases, and help fuel the dealership's success by acquiring quality inventory.

What You'll Do
  • Actively engage service drive customers and identify opportunities to purchase their vehicles

  • Perform accurate vehicle appraisals using market trends, vehicle condition, and dealership valuation tools

  • Present competitive purchase offers with confidence and professionalism

  • Negotiate vehicle acquisitions while delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Work closely with management to align acquisitions with inventory goals and pricing strategies

  • Prospect and contact vehicle owners advertising on third-party marketplaces to secure additional inventory

  • Gather required documentation and ensure compliance with dealership and state regulations

  • Maintain detailed records of appraisals, offers, and completed purchases

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in vehicle acquisitions, used vehicle appraisals, or a related dealership role

  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to accurately evaluate vehicle condition and history

  • Experience using appraisal tools, CRM platforms, and inventory management software

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications
