Job Title: Veeva CRM Admin/Developer - Field Enablement
Position Summary: This position is for a Veeva CRM administrator & Development who has strong hands-on technical administration, UIX & development experience in Vault CRM using Java and JavaScript skills.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and customize Veeva Vault CRM modules (Account Management, Call Reporting, Key Message Alignment, Sample Management, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on technical administration, development experience in Salesforce.com Service or Sales Cloud (Configuration & minor customization covering Security models, Profiles, Objects, Pages, Veeva MyInsights, Components, Workflows, Triggers, Flows, Permission Sets, Reports/dashboards, and Data loader).
  • Develop custom UI components and extensions using JavaScript (Vault CRM's JavaScript-based configuration layer, Lightning components where applicable)
  • Strong desire/capability to quickly learn new technologies, self-contribute & ready to lead.
  • Highly adoptive to AI in the daily work and actively engineering in the continuous development of AI based solutions.
  • Build and leverage reusable code & libraries for global harmonization and future reuse/extension.
  • Partner with the testing team to ensure applications/components are fully functional.
  • Review, track, and fix any defects or performance problems discovered in testing.
  • Should be able to effectively coordinate with all IT partners and instruments for the best-in-class solution implementations.
  • Should be able to work directly with multiple stakeholders and work on multiple tasks simultaneously from technical perspective.
  • Analyze existing processes and make best practice & improvement recommendations to streamline any of the existing processes which should be harmonized globally.
  • Should be able to demonstrate and explain the functionality outcome of solution implementations.
  • Should be able to clearly document Knowledge Base Docs, SOPs, Solutions, and guidelines for local and global teams.
  • Effective and clear communication from/to the technical team for any issues that may affect the deliverables & timelines.
  • Coordinate and ensure all the standard documentation such as SDD, Configuration tracker, Deployment checklists, Change Requests, Testing, ITQM, SIS/SIP, etc. are documented and continuously maintained.
  • Ensure to effectively use the CI/CD processes to streamline and integrate with the Agile ways of working/delivery.

Requirements:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in any technology field/subject.
  • 2 years of total IT experience in Software Development, Administration and Support.
  • Experience in (i) Software Development Life Cycle methodologies including, (ii) different testing standards and guidelines, and (iii) Cloud and native applications.
  • Experience with JAVA or Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in Veeva/Vault CRM through Configuration & minor Customization covering Security models, Profiles, Objects, Pages, UIX design, Components, Workflows, Triggers, Flows, SSO, Permission Sets, Reports/dashboards, Data-loader, and any OOB Integrations.
  • 1 year of experience in implementation/working of Veeva MyInsights or equivalent UIX wireframes.
  • At least 1 active Certification in any CRM Applications.
  • Working experience in Veeva CRM through Configuration & Customization covering the major CRM functionalities - such as Account management, Affiliations, Product Metrics, MCCP, Sampling, Approved Email, Engage Capabilities, Product management, User & Territory Management, Media contents, Call/eMIRF Recording, Suggestions, Surveys and iRep configurations.
  • Prior experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Experience in the development of AI based solutions.
  • Veeva/Vault CRM Certification/ Knowledge.
  • Experience using any of industry standard Agile tooling suites (e.g., Jira), and working knowledge in requirement grooming sessions, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, tasks creation, and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a broad matrix team and ability to influence others and achieve results.

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $65,790 - $79,722
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

*Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
