Job Summary

We're looking for a Veeva CRM Business Analyst who is passionate about helping life sciences companies transform the way they engage with healthcare professionals. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their business needs, design scalable CRM solutions, and deliver successful Veeva CRM implementations.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and business processes.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
  • Design future-state business processes and recommend best practices using Veeva CRM.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Configuration Consultants, and Developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Create business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Support solution design across Veeva CRM capabilities such as Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Engage, Events, MyInsights, Sampling, Medical CRM, and Align.
  • Analyze business data, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test scripts, coordinating testing activities, managing defects, and obtaining business sign-off.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, prioritize requirements, resolve issues, and support project delivery.
  • Assist with data migration validation, integration testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes and maximize value from the Veeva platform.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within enterprise software implementations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Veeva CRM in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial business processes, including Sales, Medical, and Commercial Operations.
  • Experience with one or more Veeva CRM modules, including:
    • Core CRM
    • CLM
    • Approved Email
    • MyInsights
    • Engage
    • Events Management
    • Align
    • Medical CRM
  • Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Nice to Have

  • Veeva CRM Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with Vault CRM migration projects.
  • Knowledge of Veeva Network, OpenData, Nitro, PromoMats, or Vault Platform.
  • Experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
  • Familiarity with GxP validation and Computer System Validation (CSV).
  • ITIL or managed services experience.
