1. Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
2. Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills
4. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
6. Strong customer-service orientation
7. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
8. Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations
