Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Administrative Assistant should have a minimum of one to two years' administrative andย auto parts experience is preferred
  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with customers
  • Administrative Assistant must be experienced with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet
  • Recordkeeping responsibilities may include sales and expense reports, electronic databases, asset tracking, vendor required form tracking
  • Assisting Site Manager with projects, programs, and presentations
  • Reviews and responds to daily internal/external mail
  • Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails and faxes
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and mailing
  • Must have the ability/skills to answer phones and coordinate outside vendor activity
  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrityย 
  • Excellent organizational and people skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check
