Job Description

Responsibilities:

Act as team-lead on a small team developers, primarily responsible for developing and supporting servicing related applications.

Lead hands-on migration projects from VBA to .NET as well as Automating internal processes

Responsible for analyzing business requirements, scoping projects, managing resources, proposing solutions, communicating with senior business/technical partners, guiding software development and other phases of the system development life cycle.

Coordinating and participating in all activities (analysis, scoping, and design, coding/code reviews, test case reviews, defect management, implementation planning /execution and support)

Managing resources and timelines

Negotiating priorities and business solutions with other partners

Building consensus

Fostering collaboration across teams

Communicating with various levels in the organization


Qualifications


10+ years' experience in technology

3-5+ years' experience in a leadership roles

Experience migrating code bases from VBA to .NET

3+ years' experience in VB/VBA development role
