Position Summary
The Job Developer is responsible for preparing and delivering career-focused workshops, providing individualized coaching to customers, and conducting community outreach to secure employment opportunities in support of CCMEP program goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct targeted job development activities on behalf of Easterseals Redwood and CCMEP.
• Enter employment opportunities and placement data into Salesforce and other required systems.
• Identify employer job openings and share opportunities weekly with CCMEP staff.
• Assist customers with job search activities and job placement.
• Attend employer hiring events and job fairs.
• Complete biweekly follow-ups with customers scheduled for placements.
• Complete monthly follow-ups with employers.
• Coordinate internal job fairs for CCMEP customers.
• Meet monthly placement goals for CCMEP customers.
• Coordinate services with other Easterseals Redwood Job Developers.
• Submit weekly and monthly job development reports.
• Send weekly job opportunities to CCMEP staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications:
• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Employment counseling or job development experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access required.
