Lead Used Vehicle Buyer (Multi-Store, High Autonomy, High Income)
Giles Automotive Group
Giles Automotive Group is hiring a Lead Used Vehicle Buyer to drive acquisition, inventory quality, and turn across multiple dealerships. You will have the autonomy to make buying decisions across approximately 300+ units spanning 7 rooftops, and your compensation will reflect the performance of those decisions.
We are not looking for a director or a manager.ย  We are looking for a high-output buyer who can move quickly, think in terms of various markets, and execute with confidence.
The Opportunity
You will work alongside General Managers with existing inventories while controlling your buying decisions and building the inventory you believe in.
You will lead used vehicle acquisition across:
ย  ย -5 Louisiana dealerships in Lafayette, Opelousas, and Alexandria
ย  ย -1 dealership in El Paso, TX
ย  ย -1 dealership in Las Cruces, NM
Compensation
This is a high-impact performance-based role that dramatically shapes the success of our group, and your pay will reflect that.ย  Compensation is tied directly to the performance of the vehicles you buy, and the right top performer can earn significant income in this role
