Acquisition Manager - Used Vehicle Buyer
Burlington Kia - Burlington, NC
Burlington Kia is looking for a motivated Acquisition Manager to help build a strong, profitable used vehicle inventory.
About the Role:
This is a fast track position to upper management. You will appraise potential trade-ins and negotiate purchases to keep our lot moving. We expect this person to make $150,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Appraise potential trade-ins quickly and accurately (30 cars per day minimum)
  • Negotiate purchase prices to maximize gross profit and inventory turn
  • Proficiency with vAuto, DriveCentric, and KBB
  • Work closely with the Corporate Used Car Director
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in vehicle acquisition or used car buying (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and appraisal skills
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
