Job description

Sutton Ford is seeking an experienced automotive professional to lead our Service-to-Sales Program. This role focuses on identifying upgrade opportunities from our high-volume service department by leveraging Mastermind, DriveCentric, and vAuto. If you understand equity, trade values, customer retention, and dealership operations, this is an opportunity to build a six-figure career with one of the Midwest's premier Ford dealerships.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Sutton Ford's Service-to-Sales / Vehicle Exchange Program.
  • Engage service customers regarding vehicle upgrade, lease maturity, warranty expiration, and replacement opportunities.
  • Use Mastermind to identify equity-mining and acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage customer communication and follow-up in DriveCentric (CRM).
  • Complete preliminary vehicle appraisals utilizing vAuto and partner with the Used Vehicle Manager on final valuations.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Generate appointments, test drives, showroom traffic, and vehicle purchases.
  • Build strong relationships with Service Advisors and Fixed Operations leadership.
  • Track program performance and customer retention metrics.
Qualifications
  • Automotive sales, sales management, finance, vehicle exchange, or service-to-sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of trade values, financing, and dealership operations.
  • Experience with Mastermind, DriveCentric, vAuto, or similar dealership systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven record of delivering results.
  • Valid driver's license.
