Position Overview:

Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, Fullbay is the number one cloud-based shop management software for commercial repair shops and is growing fast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth for the company. As the Director of Revenue Operations, the role is responsible for aligning and optimizing the processes, systems, and data that drive revenue growth across marketing, sales, and customer success. This strategic leader ensures that all revenue-generating teams operate efficiently, share unified data, and follow consistent strategies to accelerate pipeline growth, improve forecasting accuracy, and maximize lifetime customer value.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Project lead the end-to-end implementation of a new quoting and subscription platform, ensuring seamless integration between the CRM and core product systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive end-to-end revenue growth.
  • Oversee all GTM processes, including process optimization, sales variable compensation, territory management, forecasting, and the operating cadence
  • Partnering with applications team to streamline full tech stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (Onboarding), ensuring each team has the right tools to succeed while continuously identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and enhance performance through automation and AI
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system integrations across all revenue platforms.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor revenue metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
  • Lead forecasting and performance analysis processes to inform executive decision-making.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize revenue strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and streamline inefficiencies across the revenue funnel.
  • Standardize processes for lead management, pipeline development, deal execution, and renewals.
  • Establish and monitor SLAs between teams to ensure accountability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor the RevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on revenue planning and organizational scalability.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop and operationalize sales playbooks
  • Design sales compensation and incentive plans that motivate performance and align with Bevi's revenue growth and customer retention goals
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales/CS Operations leadership role
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment in a high-growth SaaS or B2B organization.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs, with the ability to translate business needs into BI solutions.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress, changes, and any potential issues.
  • Establish timelines and milestones, and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Assess and manage project risks, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription based business models, as well as PLG or e-commerce.
