Reports to: Director, Ticket Operations
Location: State Farm Stadium (Glendale, AZ)

Summary:
The Ticket Operations Representative assists the Ticket Operations Director with all box office activities.
Primary Job Duties:
The Representative, Ticket Operations role will have responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:
  • Process ticket sales efficiently and effectively in person, by phone, by internet, and by mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues and/or complaints.
  • Utilize different types of technology to help process orders including computers and cell phones.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Determine and collect appropriate fees, guide patron decisions, and issue tickets.
  • Process and verify credit card purchases.
  • Be well-versed on all State Farm Stadium offerings, stay current on all events
  • Operate SeatGeek ticketing system.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous money or ticket handling experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and more specifically the SeatGeek ticketing system preferred.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively and multi-task to get competing duties accomplished in a timely manner.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • May view computer screens for long periods of time.
  • Flexible schedule required, must be able to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
