Job description

Diversified Services Network Inc. is seeking a Facilitator to work on a long-term project. This position will be based out of the Vanderburgh County office in Evansville, IN.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients and participants
  • Participate in off-site program orientations as needed
  • Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process
  • Track workshop attendance
  • Create monthly workshop calendar
  • Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed
  • Recommend workshop content, including improvements
  • Participate in workshop content development as needed
  • Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops
  • Facilitate assigned staff training
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
  • Associate degree from an accredited university/college, preferred

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group setting
  • Must have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex, Zoom, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual a plus
