Job description

Senior Sales Territory Manager
Company: Rhythmlink
Rhythmlink International, LLC, headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, is a leading designer and manufacturer of single-use neurodiagnostic devices that connect patients to critical monitoring equipment. Founded in 2002 by neurodiagnostic technologists and engineers, the company specializes in products for EEG, EMG, and intraoperative neuromonitoring, offering innovative solutions like MR Conditional/CT-compatible electrodes and the BrainHealth Headset for rapid EEG deployment in critical care settings. Rhythmlink also provides custom packaging, private labeling, and contract manufacturing services, ensuring tailored solutions for diverse medical needs.
Why You Should Join Us
This is a Senior Sales Territory Manager role in the Great Lakes area (OH, MI, IN, Western PA). You will manage all sales activities in its assigned market. Duties include establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in target areas and contributing to the initiatives of support engineering staff, marketing staff, and other functional areas as needed to accomplish sales growth goals.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Sales Territory Manager, you:
  • Own and grow a high-performing Midwest territory spanning Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and central/western Pennsylvania, calling on EEG labs, EMG labs, epilepsy centers, IOM/IONM surgical neuromonitoring centers, and sleep labs.
    • Build relationships with the people who actually run these accounts day to day: EEG/IOM techs, lab managers, and the business/supply-chain stakeholders behind them, not just physicians.
    • Navigate value analysis committees and hospital supply chain processes to negotiate and close local, account-level contracts.
    • Travel within the territory to maintain a genuine in-person presence with key accounts, this is a relationship-built, face-to-face business, not a remote/virtual-meeting role.
    • Become proficient with Rhythmlink's full product line within 6 months and use SalesForce to manage time, priorities, and pipeline.
    • Build relationships in currently untapped pockets of the territory to expand the addressable account base over time.

What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of Medical device sales experience (capital, disposable, or physician-preference).
  • A track record of being clinically and technically credible with end users, with a real understanding of the sales process and the ability to close at the contract level.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a hospital system: value analysis committees, supply chain relationships, and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • A consultative, relationship-first style, someone who builds a relationship from first contact through expansion.
  • Based centrally within the territory
