Today, PCS is a recognized global leader, powering the secondary market. We collaborate with industry giants in consumer electronic manufacturing, wholesalers, big box retailers and small businesses alike, catering to a diverse clientele of more than 1,500 clients. Our operations span major markets worldwide with offices and warehouses in the Americas, APAC, UK & EMEA.

Our go-getting spirit valuing flexibility, a "me for we approach" and curiosity, continues to be the foundation of our success. We are looking for doers and thinkers who get things done and have fun while doing it!

Job Description:

If you get excited about automation, robotics, and using technology to reimagine how a warehouse runs, this role was built for you. As a Business Systems Analyst on our Supply Chain Operations team, you will sit at the intersection of warehouse operations and technology, embedding with our operations teams to understand how work really gets done, then drawing on your experience to design solutions that automate it. You’ll own initiatives end to end: identifying the opportunity, defining requirements, designing and configuring the solution, and continuously improving what’s been built. A central focus of this role will be understanding our operational needs and pain points deeply enough to help determine the right path, whether that means building a Warehouse Management System / Warehouse Execution System internally or implementing an external solution, and then leading the design and delivery of whichever direction we choose, integrated with NetSuite and our broader PCS partner systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery of a portfolio of warehouse and supply chain technology solutions, partnering with warehouse operations, supply chain, and PCS business functions to understand process needs and pain points and implement system improvements that support them.
  • Embed with our warehouse and operations teams, observing workflows on the floor and working alongside operators, to fully understand how the business runs, surface pain points, and identify automation opportunities, then translate them into clear requirements, process maps, and a prioritized backlog.
  • Help define our warehouse automation strategy and a phased roadmap (WMS / Warehouse Execution System initiatives), aligned to operational goals and business priorities.
  • Lead solution design and configuration for our operational processes, whether built in-house or implemented from a vendor, including its integration with NetSuite (ERP) through our integration middleware, and with material-handling or robotics technologies (e.g., autonomous mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems) as those initiatives mature.
  • Prototype and configure solutions in test environments, demonstrate functionality to warehouse and business users, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage the promotion of approved solutions into production.
  • Build business cases and value analysis to prioritize and justify automation investments.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI-augmented workflows that accelerate requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency, then drive those ideas to execution.
  • Partner with internal and offshore development teams and supporting automation, managing delivery cadence
  • Provide hands-on functional production support (issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution) and drive continuous improvement based on operational metrics and user feedback.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the full lifecycle of delivering technology solutions.
  • Support change management by preparing warehouse teams for new and enhanced capabilities through demos, training, and documentation.

Who You Are:

You combine a solid understanding of warehouse operations with the technical skill to turn what you see on the floor into working solutions. You’re comfortable with automation, robotics, and AI, communicate clearly, and work well across both technical and operations teams.

You also bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience defining requirements and delivering technology solutions for operational end users, ideally in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
  • A proven track record of understanding operational processes deeply and designing automation solutions, with the experience to draw on what has worked before and adapt it to our environment.
  • Big Four or top-tier consulting experience is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on familiarity with WMS or Warehouse Execution System platforms and core warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, and replenishment); experience building, configuring, or implementing such a system is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with warehouse automation and process improvement, with exposure to robotics (autonomous mobile robots, AS/RS, conveyor, sortation, RF/mobile devices) and integrating them with WMS and ERP systems a strong plus.
  • Hands-on NetSuite experience is required, along with familiarity with integration middleware and enterprise integration platforms for connecting systems.
  • Working knowledge of EDI, JSON, and XML for data integration and file exchange.
  • Comfort building business cases and translating operational pain points into practical, well-scoped solutions.
  • Project management experience delivering programs of varying complexity.
  • Comfort with, or curiosity about, AI-assisted tools for analytics, automation, and process improvement.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • An open mind, a willingness to examine your strongest convictions with humility, and a genuine desire to embrace differing perspectives to make better decisions.

We Are Seeking People Who:

  • Act like owners.
  • Are continually raising the bar.
  • Are sincerely open-minded and willing to examine their strongest convictions with humility.
  • Nurture and embrace differing perspectives to make better decisions.

What's in it for You:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
