As part of a select, highly skilled, and entrepreneurial team, you will have the opportunity to serve a wide range of participants in the renewable and alternative energy space with valuation services. You will be valuing assets based on discounted cash flow analysis.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Leading an engagement lifecycle, which follows process, timelines, and delivery of valuation schedules and narrative reports to clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through exceptional day-to-day project management, coordination, and execution

  • Training junior team members
  • Reviewing models and inputs
  • Conducting due diligence and maintaining client documentation for use in model building and deliverables
  • Reviewing market and industry information to be used in financial models and discount rate analysis
  • Building and maintaining effective control processes to monitor and track changes to the assumptions of valuation models
  • Contributing to the preparation, creation, and review of reports and other deliverables for clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients through exceptional day-to-day project management, coordination, and execution
  • Proactively communicating efficiently and effectively to all levels of the engagement team
