Job description

Overview: Provide customers with an exceptional dining experience and quality service.Responsibilities and requirements:

ยท Take orders, make menu suggestions, and answer any questions regarding the food and beverage menu.

ยท Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

ยท Conduct final check of food items prior to serving customers.

ยท Deliver food orders in a professional manner and in accordance with safety procedures of the company.

ยท Must be a team player.

ยท Resolve guest issues in a professional manner.

ยท Responsible for cashing out customers and ensuring proper money handling.

ยท May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

ยท Must be 18 years of age or older.

ยท High school diploma or GED preferred.

ยท Detail oriented and strong written/verbal communication required.

ยท Basic mathematical skills required.

ยท Must pass background check.


Physical requirements

ยท Must be able to stand for extended periods of time as well as walking, bending, and stooping on occasion.

ยท Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
