About the Role:
Happy Valley Hospitality Inc is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping team member to join our growing team in beautiful Asheville, NC! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hospitality environment where your hard work directly creates memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest hospitality standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the property
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
  • Manage housekeeping cart and inventory of cleaning supplies efficiently
  • Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely, friendly manner
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills to complete room turnovers efficiently
