Valens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Operations and Plans Support SME to join our team at the MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. In this critical role, you will support the J3-I mission by advancing collaboration, integration, and interoperability among international Special Operations partners. Through these efforts, you will help strengthen partner capabilities and enhance the ability to deter strategic competition, respond effectively in crisis, and prevail in conflict.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide planningexpertisein support of planning and coordinating international engagement events, seminars, and conferences
  • Provide support to the management of operations section/center procedures to include but not limited to battle tracking, battle rhythm eventsand management
  • Assistin the development and preparation of briefings, presentation, after action reports, lessons learned and readouts of events
  • Assistin the coordination,planning and execution of international bilateral and multilateral engagements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • U.S. Citizenship
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2 years experience working at a TSOC or higher-level command
    • 2 years experience planning and/or managing military operations
    • 1 year experience in a multinational environment. Experience can be military, academic, business, non-governmental organization, or with another agency of the US Government
    • Current DoW Secret clearance and eligible for SECRET access
