Join a well-established local sign manufacturer and installer dedicated to delivering high-quality signage solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated Plastic Vacuum Forming Assembler/Builder to become an integral part of our team. In this hands-on role, you will work with plastic molding processes, particularly vacuum forming, to help create custom sign faces and components. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment where craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are valued.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate molds to fabricate plastic parts for signage using vacuum forming techniques.
  • Assemble and build molds as required for production.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality assembly and installation of products.
  • Perform all tasks in a safe manner, adhering to company safety guidelines.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and submit to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction regarding workmanship and quality.
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed during the assembly process.
  • Must be able to read a measuring tape.
