About the Role:

The Retail and Rental Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both retail hard goods sales and rental services at the ski resort, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across both areas. This role requires strategic planning to maximize revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient inventory management for retail products and rental equipment. The manager will lead and develop a shared resources team of retail and rental associates, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity and service excellence. They will analyze market trends and customer feedback to implement improvements and promotional strategies that align with business goals. Ultimately, the Retail and Rental Manager ensures that all operational aspects comply with company policies and industry regulations while delivering a superior customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or rental services management.
