Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our rental operations team. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive rental growth and profitability while fostering a positive and productive work environment for our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive rental growth and profitability.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing rental team, including recruitment, training, and development.

  • Optimize rental operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee departmental budgets, financial performance, and P&L.

  • Continue to develop FileMaker as the application to manage the business.

  • Conduct regular calls with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and build a long-term relationship.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement in sales, profitability, and cash flow.

  • Grow rental services through product diversification and market expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred: In business administration, operations management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong track record of success in leading and managing teams.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
