Your Impact
  • Engage owners with past-due accounts to understand their financial situation and identify appropriate resolution options.
  • Negotiate settlements, payment plans, and hardship alternatives within established guidelines.
  • Educate owners on available programs, timelines, and required documentation.
  • Prepare and send settlement documentation, track execution, and ensure accurate updates across systems.
  • Monitor payment commitments and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Escalate high-risk or complex situations to leadership as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

What You Bring
  • Experience in debt negotiation, hardship resolution, or financial settlement operations.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and reduce conflict.
  • Ability to analyze borrower financial circumstances and recommend realistic options.
  • Excellent communication skills; professional, clear, empathetic.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
  • Basic math and reasoning skills to explain balances, fees, and payment structures.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Concord, Buzz, Escrow, SPI, JAG, and Accurint is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage.
