As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting and selling world-class vacation packages within Great Wolf Lodge. We provide comprehensive training and proven sales techniques to ensure your success.

What will you be doing as a Vacation Sales Ambassador Team Member?
    Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
    Develop positive relationships with customers and team members
    Set bold goals and work diligently to meet and surpass sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success
    Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored vacation solutions
    Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations by offering a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations
    Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge

What experience are we looking for in team members?
    Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
    Previous sales experience preferred
    Strong verbal and written communication abilities
    Enthusiastic and can-do personality
    Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
    Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales-related software
    High school diploma or equivalent 
    Demonstrated success in commission-based sales across sectors such as luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, solar, restaurants, or finance

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
  • Demonstrated capability to succeed in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • At least one year hospitality and/or customer service experience
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work on-site at Great Wolf Lodge
