Job Summary

Location: Sunvalley Mall - Concord/Walnut Creek Area, CA

The Vacation Sales Agent works at Sunvalley Mall in the Concord/Walnut Creek area of California, and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure. In this sales-based role,engagesin face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

How You'll Shine:

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure

  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour

  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines

  • Make vacation package sales and collectpaymenton site.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Make vacation package sales and collect payment on sitein accordance withall company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements whilemaintainingminimum performance goals

  • Attendall scheduled trainingsessions anddepartment meetings,keepcurrent on marketing information and materials,keepcurrent on industry trends, andsetand review performance goals weekly,monthlyand annually. (20%)

  • Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.
