If so, you might be ready to create magic as a Disney Vacation Club Associate.

This is a exciting opportunity to represent Disney's vacation ownership product while connecting Guests to travel experiences that span the globe. In this role, you'll have the chance to grow with purpose, as part of a team where individual performance drives organizational success.

This is a performance-based role where the focus should be on your variable compensation. Disney Vacation Club Associates earn an hourly wage plus commission-so the more you bring your best, the more you'll be rewarded.

If you're someone who leads with curiosity, thrives on momentum, and is excited by a dynamic, people-facing role at Walt Disney World, this could be your next great adventure.

You will report to a DVC Sales Experience Manager.

What You Will Do

At various locations throughout Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts, you'll proactively engage with Guests and help inspire their journey toward Disney Vacation Club Membership.

You'll create meaningful conversations that lead to action-connecting Guests with our Sales team to learn more about the benefits and long-term value of Membership.

  • Act as a first connection point for Guests, sparking authentic, impactful conversations that lead to discovery.

  • Identify interest, share possibilities, and encourage Guests to explore how Disney Vacation Club fits into their future vacations.

  • Apply your influence and drive to overcome objections and keep the conversation moving forward with confidence.

  • Balance warm hospitality with a sharp understanding of what motivates Guests to act.

  • Work in various indoor and outdoor environments while bringing the highest level of Disney service.

  • Use technology to log Guest interactions and provide timely follow-up.

  • Participate as a key contributor in a performance-based environment, where sales performance and measurable results are recognized and rewarded.

Required Qualifications & Skills

We're seeking individuals who:

  • Are inspired by goals, results, and personal achievement.

  • Comfortable approaching anyone and building quick rapport through continuous Guest engagement.

  • Have 1+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or another Guest-facing industry.

  • Thrive independently and are self-motivated, yet know how to shine as part of a collaborative team.

  • Can work outdoors in any weather and across varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Are comfortable navigating both Apple and Windows-based platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Disney's service standards and how they could potentially drive success in the Disney Vacation Club sales through service process.

  • Have a track record in proactive sales or lead generation roles.

  • A strong understanding of Disney standards and Guest service expectations.

  • Bilingual fluency is a plus.
