JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sr. UX Producer to orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary UX programs that span UX Design, User Research, Human Factors, Content Strategy, and Instructional Design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves connecting dots across teams, and can drive clarity and momentum in fast-paced environments.
As a Sr UX Producer, you'll be the connective tissue between creative vision and execution-ensuring that our UX initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and grounded in user-centered thinking.
Responsibilities
  • Program Management Across UX Disciplines
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of UX programs across design, research, human factors, content, and instructional design.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and UX teams.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and drive decision-making to keep programs on track.
  • Implement scalable workflows and tools to improve team efficiency and transparency.
  • Track and report on key milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Strategic Partnership
  • Partner with UX leadership to prioritize initiatives and align with product roadmaps.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and ensure that user insights are integrated into product development.
  • Support budget planning, vendor coordination, and external partnerships when needed.
  • Team Enablement
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in UX program or project management, preferably in a cross-functional product environment.
  • Expertise in tools such as JIRA, JPD, Smartsheet, Confluence
  • Deep understanding of UX disciplines including design, research, human factors, content strategy, and instructional design.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, design thinking, and UX tooling (e.g., Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in Med device is a plus.
  • Background in UX design or User Research is a plus.
