Our custom window treatments are available under the Bali, Graber, SunSetter and Mecho brands in nearly every major retailer, in thousands of designer showrooms, and showcased in large commercial buildings.

Our company has made significant investments to become a leader in product innovation. As North America's premier window covering company, we're committed to creating a “Best Experience” for our consumers, channel partners and associates. We are bringing new innovations to the market at an accelerated pace and have a variety of offerings to consumers who want to improve their home décor.

Our Department

The Creative Services & Brand Marketing Team at Springs Window Fashions is responsible for building strong brands and creating compelling experiences that drive growth and inspire consumers. We define how our brands and product portfolio compete in the market and bring those strategies to life through brand management, consumer marketing, creative development, content creation, websites, social media, public relations, and go-to-market execution.

As a consumer-focused team, we connect insights, strategy, and creativity to deliver meaningful brand experiences across every touchpoint. Working closely with Product Management, Channel Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners, we ensure our brands are differentiated, our launches are successful, and our marketing and creative work consistently deliver The Best Experience for consumers, retailers, and dealers.

Position Summary

The Retail Experience Program Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a best-in-class in-store consumer experience across Springs Window Fashions' retail brands and retail partners. This role ensures retail merchandising is aligned with overall brand strategy and leads the development, execution, and lifecycle management of all in-store merchandising elements, including displays, fixtures, signage, sampling, and swatching.

Serving as the primary steward of the retail physical shopping experience, this role partners cross-functionally with Brand Management, Channel Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, and Retail Operations to ensure merchandising solutions are consumer-centric, brand-right, operationally executable, and aligned with business objectives.

The Retail Experience Program Manager translates brand and product strategies into compelling retail experiences that drive shopper engagement, consideration, and conversion.

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for in-store experience initiatives across Brand Management, Channel Marketing, Product Management, Creative Services, Retail Operations, Procurement, and external partners.
  • Manage the lifecycle of merchandising assets from concept through deployment and retirement.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Launch & Brand Execution

  • Partner with Channel Marketing and Brand Management to ensure in-store experiences support product launches, promotions, assortment changes, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all retail touchpoints accurately reflect brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and consumer experience objectives.

Creative & Retail Operations Partnership

  • Collaborate with Creative Services to develop compelling retail experiences, including signage, graphics, educational content, displays, and sampling solutions.
  • Work closely with Retail Operations to ensure merchandising programs are executable, deployed according to plan, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising, in-store marketing, retail experience design, or related discipline.
  • Experience managing retail displays, fixtures, signage, sampling programs, or point-of-sale materials.
  • Experience working with large retail partners preferred.

  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail merchandising best practices.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate brand and marketing strategies into compelling physical retail experiences.
