  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate corrections across platforms

  • Monitor listings health and report on key data quality metrics

Headless CMS & Content Implementation

  • Implement and manage content updates within our headless CMS environment

  • Serve as a bridge between content stakeholders and the development team, translating requirements into structured content entries

  • Maintain content taxonomies, templates, and component libraries within the CMS

  • Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule across all relevant digital channels

User Journey Optimization & Website UX

  • Assist in mapping and analyzing user journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate cross functionally with content, brand, and product teams to better the user experience of our websites.

  • Monitor behavioral data and surface insights to inform UX decisions

  • Contribute to the development of UX best practices and documentation

User Testing & Research

  • Plan and facilitate user testing sessions and one-on-one interviews

  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Help build and maintain a lightweight internal UX research practice over time

  • Document and share research findings with relevant stakeholders

Web Design

  • Lead the creation of mockups, page layouts, and visual assets using design tools such as Figma

  • Support the visual consistency of web properties in alignment with brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with developers during the design-to-build handoff process

Skills/Abilities: Required

  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, web content, UX, or a related field

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms; exposure to headless or API-driven architectures is a plus

  • Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design thinking

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and audit structured data

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present research findings

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, design, and technical teams

  • Hands-on experience conducting user interviews or usability testing

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)

  • Understanding of local SEO principles and structured data/schema markup

  • Exposure to front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) is a bonus, though not required

Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, UX Design, Web Design and 1-2 years of experience with UX Design, Web Design, or Web Data Management.

Physical Requirements (With or without reasonable accommodation):
